Festaboard renders your MRR dashboard as a mechanical-style split-flap board, 6 rows by 22 columns, so the number your team actually cares about is visible from across the room instead of buried behind three clicks.

The layout matches a physical Vestaboard: 132 character tiles that flip when the value changes, with a softer, modeled flip sound you can mute. Because the whole thing runs as a free browser web app, the same board that fills a boardroom TV also opens on a laptop or tablet with no install.

This is a SaaS metrics display built for a glance, not a deep-dive. You pick what earns a spot on 132 tiles: MRR, growth, headcount of paying customers, and a line of your own text. Everything else stays in your analytics tool where it belongs.

The live numbers come from TrustMRR. Instead of wiring up an API by hand, you point Festaboard at your TrustMRR slug and the board pulls your live MRR, growth percentage, and customer count straight from your SaaS. Once the slug is set, the tiles auto-update on their own, so the wall reflects reality without anyone touching it.

A TrustMRR display like this is honest by design: it shows the same figures your billing already reports. When a plan upgrades or a customer churns, the next refresh flips the affected tiles into their new position. No manual edits, no stale screenshot taped to the monitor.

A revenue dashboard for the office should do more than show one static number. In fullscreen, Festaboard's slide rotation cycles between your main MRR board and extra saved slides on an interval you choose, from every 5 minutes up to every 120 minutes. Put live MRR on the primary board, then rotate in a customer-count slide, a growth slide, or a plain message like a milestone the team just hit.

Per-cell color tiles make those moments land. Kiosk mode drops the chrome, keeps a screen Wake Lock so the display never sleeps, defaults sound off, and pushes edits from your dashboard to the screen in about a second with no reload.

It runs on the cheap hardware you already have lying around. A smart TV browser, a tablet, or a single-board computer in kiosk mode all work, including Raspberry Pi from a Pi 3A with 512MB of RAM up to a Pi 5, and RK3568 Android displays. On very low-power devices, add ?anim=off to swap text instantly with zero animation, or let ?anim=lite trim the flip steps; Festaboard also respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting automatically.
